Pricing

You pay for the reps, and nothing else.

No platform fee, no minimum contract, no setup you cannot see. A three rep team pays for three reps, a thirty rep team pays for thirty, and the bill moves the week the team does.

Two tiers, and the only question they ask is who staffs it. Both are the whole platform. Every price on this page is a monthly price in US dollars.

Bring your own team

System of record

You already have reps. ShowRate becomes the system of record they work in, and your numbers are produced where the work happens.

$199per rep, per month

No platform fee. Three seat minimum.

3 reps

$597/mo

12 reps

$2,388/mo

Includes
The whole platform: leads, dialer, deals, money and reporting, with atomic disposition, the Truth exception queue, the end of day digest and migration.
Replaces
GoHighLevel, Close, and the consultant who operates them for you.

We build your team

The same platform, and the people in it. Above and Beyond sources, trains and certifies the reps, and stays accountable for how they perform.

$369per rep, per month

No platform fee. Three seat minimum.

3 reps

$1,107/mo

12 reps

$4,428/mo

Includes
Everything above, plus recruiting, onboarding, framework certification, ramp tracking and call QA.
Replaces
The above, plus the hiring and training that has no vendor at all.

Both figures are just the seat price multiplied out, so nobody has to. Bring your own team is 3 at $199 and 12 at $199. We build your team is 3 at $369 and 12 at $369. Three seats is the smallest bill there is.

On top of the tier

Three things that are not
in the monthly price.

  • Onboarding and migration

    $2,500 one time

Waived on annual prepay. Your contacts, conversations, calls, notes and appointment history come across in order, attached to the people they belong to.

  • Telephony

    Passed through at cost

Plus a small margin, and minutes are never bundled. Bundling turns a software price into a bet on how much your team dials.

  • Annual prepay

    Two months free

Twelve months paid up front, ten months charged. The onboarding fee goes with it.

Why this shape

Per rep, and never per contact.

Per rep

A seat is the unit because a rep is the unit. It is fair across team sizes, it is the model this market already buys, and it grows with the only thing that should move your bill.

Not per contact

Charging by the size of your database punishes you for growing and prices the one thing that costs us almost nothing. Import every record you have.

Do not share a login

Two people on one seat destroys per rep attribution, which is the product. A shared login produces exactly the numbers you are paying to stop having.

Before any of it

There is no free trial,
there is a free audit.

Nobody trials a CRM, because trialling one means migrating to it. So connect us read only to the CRM you already run instead. We run the exception detection over your own records and hand you the difference between your reported Lives Changed rate and the verified one, per rep, with the exact rows that make it up.

No migration, no card, and read only means read only. It never writes back and it never deletes anything.
